Hey Bloggers, sorry for the absent post on Thursday and Friday.
My little boy had kidney surgery.
He is doing well, minimal pain, and recovering slowly.
We are home and getting back into the swing of things.
{Here we are before his surgery, he is back to smiling like this again so that's good!}
Today's recipe is delish!
It is my most favorite breakfast recipe.
Here is the recipe:

German Pancakes

1/2cup all-purpose flour, sifted
3eggs
1/2cup milk
2tablespoons melted butter
1tablespoon sugar
1/4teaspoon of salt

fresh fruit of your choice, cut into bite-sized pieces

whipped cream

About Concordance™

1.Preheat oven to 450°F. If you have a convection oven, set it at 425°F (the pancakes rise even higher on the convection setting).
2.In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a whisk or fork. Stir in the milk, melted butter, salt and sugar. Add the flour to the egg mixture, a big spoonful at a time as you continue to whisk. Be careful not to over-mix, to keep the pancake light and fluffy.
3.Lightly spray a 9"-11" oven-safe skillet with cooking spray.
4.Pour the batter into a heated skillet (this will yield a more golden brown, puffier pancake). Bake 12-18 minutes, just until the edges are golden. Check your pancake at the 12 minute mark. Top with the fresh fruit and whipped cream just before serving.

Craft Itch

Today I got a craft itch and made some pretty fun creations.
Here is my diaper clutch for my baby girl.
I have been wanting to make one for the longest time,
and finally did it! I didn't round the flap on it, but love how it turned out.
I used this tutorial HERE.I also found this tutorial for
these cute ribbon flowers.
I changed mine a bit to look how I wanted it to.
Check out the tutorial HERE.
I added the fabric covered button myself.
I made it to match.

for covering buttons with fabric, click HERE.
It's been nice to get a couple projects done.
